First Step is one and the only place in Tbilisi, where children with such health issues can receive appropriate services from morning till evening, where a safe environment is created for them, they have friends and loving teachers who help them every day to take small or big steps.

Our job is nothing without love, in which we put unflagging energy, knowledge and experience.
In the First Step Day Care Center and Home Care programs there are 60 children, who receive services for free because most families are socially vulnerable. The programs are funded by the Ministry of Health, but only 45% of expanses are covered by this amount, the rest we be raised with the support of donors and our friends.
Service includes - educational activities carried out by the specialists; transportation; two meals a day; participation in various “circles”.
