Medical service was developed to assess and children's health conditions prior to thier enrollment within relevant programs in First Step and follow ups. It also provides any interested patients aged 0-17 with neurologic or therapeutic medical examinations.
Within the medical service beneficiaries are provided with medical consultations including:
Monitoring of initial or periodically occurring diseases;
Making diagnosis, medical examinations and prescriptions;
Referral to a certain physician if necessary;
Assessment of child's cognitive and motor skills through a specific questionnaire;
Medical personal history;
Provision of medical form N100 (optional);
If necessary beneficiaries may be visited at home, examined or rerferred to relevant medical facilities.
Medical service promotes timely provision of medical recommendations and useful information to parents of beneficiaries and interested persons.
